Do you provide instructions on how to make frozen margaritas?
Frozone provides different recipes, instructions as well as a mixing jug. This will make sure that the mixture is perfect every time, and is the right consistency to freeze. Margaritas, Daiquiris, Pina Coladas- you name it! They can contain alcohol that you provide, or they can be made as virgin drinks.
Where can the machines go in my home?
Any or all machines that you rent from Frozone will need to be on a flat surface. We will deliver, set up and pick up all machines. We will need to be able to wheel them into your home or venue, have access to a grounded plug for each machine, and access to water. Many people set them up in garages or patios. Once we place them, we ask that you leave them in that location, and not move them.
Do you hold deposits for the frozen slushie machines, or cotton candy and popcorn machines?
We do hold credit card deposits for all machines. Once your party is over, and we pick up the machine, you can decide to pay cash or with the card that has been held. We will pre-authorize $500, but won't charge your card until pick up.
How long can I rent the machines?
Machine rentals are priced per event. Typical rentals last 4 hours to 24 hours. It will be determined by the venue, if there is a safe place to store them overnight, etc. Call us to chat about your event and we can discuss delivery and pick up.
How long does it take to freeze the slushies or margaritas?
Typically about 45 minutes! These machines are industrial grade machines, that freeze very quickly. Once we set it up and show you have to mix your favorite drinks, you're ready to go in about 45 minutes.
How many slushie or margarita flavors do you have? Can I get more than one?
We offer 3 flavors - Traditional Lime Margarita, Strawberry Margarita and Pina Colada. We provide the cups, the mixing jug, the rolling cart, electrical cord and machine. One juice is included with your rental, and additional juices can be purchased! Each jug of juice will provide roughly 70 cups/drinks.
Can I rent all of the machines? Margarita, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Nacho and Bubble Machine?

Flavors for Cotton Candy are Pink Vanilla and Blue Raspberry! Both incredibly popular!
What is provided with the nacho and popcorn machines?
For the nachos, we provide the machine and the cheese and trays. For popcorn, we provide the machine, kernels and butter along with bags.
